Last Light

1. Shake

   Tequila, blood orange and lime on ice, hard, for twelve seconds, until the tin frosts.

2. Strain

   Over fresh ice, into a chilled highball.

3. Sink

   Pour the grenadine down the side. It finds the bottom by itself.

4. Garnish

   A blood orange wheel on the rim. Do not stir: the sun sets in the glass.
