Landing page

For the page of a product, an app or a service: the logo coming in, the headline and the main button, the story on scroll, how it works and the services, who already uses it, pricing, questions and the waitlist.

162 pieces

Each piece can be watched live, tweaked in the Playground and copied on its own; the zip holds them all, each in its own folder.

More pared-back logos

The product name settling calmly at the opening: letters landing in their shadows, snapping onto the type designer’s guide lines, printed by a rolling cube, made of particles the pointer blows away or of layers that fan open, composing itself while a fan of photos leaves in a blur, or coming into focus in a rangefinder, or growing like coral.

Logos for builders

For an engineering studio, an instrument maker or a construction firm: the logo that drops onto a tilted beam and levels itself; or an interior studio’s name tightening in from the horizon.

Sport and schools

The hero of a gym, club or school website: the boxing club’s leather heavy bag taking punches and swinging, the flight school cockpit where the pointer is the control stick; the curling club whose letter stones stop in the house.

Craftspeople and workshops

A workshop’s hero: a candle workshop’s name made of wax, dripping near the flame; and a paper mill’s name painted in watercolour on wet paper; and a glassworks’ sentence filling with water as you scroll.

The project as you scroll

To present a building, a neighbourhood, a product made of parts or a journey: shapes that change as you scroll, a plan that passes under the clouds, a road to drive to the end a car going through the car wash step by step, a hot air balloon rising from the valley above the clouds and a handmade guitar built piece by piece.

A product, plainly

A product page to look at as you scroll, like a carbon wheel maker’s: the wheel coming closer as the page turns silver, headlines arriving letter by letter, thin circles marking the chapters, a speaker’s button whose field lines flip when it connects; a steel disk spinning down to rest under a design shop’s name; a lamp’s plug that connects as you scroll and lights the sentence.

A game to launch

For the page of a game or an app: two words dropping in as pixels and a page that answers the pointer like a screen.

Pricing you can touch

A subscription pricing table with a real object for each plan: a film lab’s cameras firing their flash, and the box of rolls filling up when you switch to yearly.

Signing up, clean

Your own page name to claim, the waiting list drawn as a row of ticks and the button that draws an earthquake before putting you on the list; and a print shop’s magazine sign-up, with a button that presses into the paper; and the newsletter with an at sign that draws itself as you type the address.

Restaurant and caféThe menu, table booking and a few games for guests.
